We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is critical in supporting accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust data processes, and driving insights that enable strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the FP&A Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Financial Reporting & Closing

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate P&L reflection of all business data.

• Post accruals

• Prepare and maintain detailed Profit & Loss statements by product.

• Planning & Forecasting

• Participate in annual budgeting, business planning, and monthly rolling forecasts.

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, investment planning, and scenario analysis.

• Maintain detailed forecast of all headcount and non-headcount cost

• Performance Analysis

• Monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Track product profitability; propose initiatives to drive margin growth.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Product and Engineering, and Admin teams to gather and interpret data.

• Support OPEX controlling and financial oversight of selected administrative functions.

• Process Improvement & Automation

• Document workflows and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Maintain data integrity in financial systems and dashboards; validate data feeds for accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Familiarity with financial systems and data validation processes.

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation

Knowledge of foreign languages:

• Proficiency in English at least level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
