Delivery Manager
The Delivery Manager reports into the Delivery Lead and provides oversight and coordination across four or five engineering squads, ensuring consistent delivery standards and clear visibility of progress. The squads manage their own sprint planning, so the focus of this role is to maintain delivery health, monitor risks and escalate concerns early. You will work closely with product managers, product owners and team leads to keep priorities aligned and to ensure Jira is accurate and up to date.
This role suits someone who brings strong organisational skills, sound judgement and an eye for potential delivery issues. You will support cross functional teams by checking progress, encouraging open communication, resolving issues that slow delivery and providing accurate updates to stakeholders.
