You will manage multiple integration projects at different stages, working closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to maintain momentum, manage dependencies, and ensure clear visibility of progress, risks, and timelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex delivery workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, from initiation through to release

• Maintain clear delivery plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and progress

• Coordinate internal engineering activity with partner delivery timelines

• Monitor delivery health across multiple integrations and proactively identify risks

• Escalate issues where timelines, scope, or delivery outcomes are at risk

• Ensure integration work is prioritised effectively within engineering backlogs

• Act as the key coordination point for external partners, ensuring expectations and responsibilities are clearly defined

• Facilitate collaboration between partner teams and internal engineering squads

• Work closely with product managers, product owners, and engineering leads to maintain alignment

• Keep delivery tracking tools (e.g. Jira) up to date and reflective of progress

• Provide clear updates to stakeholders on progress, milestones, and risks

• Support go-to-market activities with Product Management once integrations are complete

• Apply structured project management practices to maintain clarity, accountability, and pace

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across integration delivery processes
