The Role

We are seeking an experienced Junior Product Owner to take responsibility for managing and evolving our product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable and impactful features are delivered first.

In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating product vision and requirements into clearly defined, development-ready tasks. You will play a central role in driving value delivery, improving processes, and ensuring our products continue to meet organisational goals and user needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Creating, maintaining, and refining the product backlog, ensuring all items are clearly defined and ready for development

·       Prioritising backlog tasks to maximise business value and strategic impact

·       Collaborating closely with Product Managers, designers, technical team leaders, and engineering teams to define requirements and technical specifications

·       Working with team leaders to estimate user stories and support sprint planning

·       Tracking and assessing business outcomes to ensure product initiatives align with organisational objectives

·       Monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and implementing continuous improvements

·       Contributing to the enhancement of software development processes and Agile practices

·       Maintaining and updating relevant product documentation

·       Actively participating in meetings and discussions focused on innovation and improvement

·       Supporting colleagues and collaborating across teams to deliver operational objectives

What We’re Looking For

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role

·       Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies

·       Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects effectively

·       Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

·       Strong leadership and communication skills

·       Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

·       Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment

·       Fluency in Bulgarian and English (working proficiency required)
